Our History

Dance Marathon was started by a group of students in 1944 at Indiana University in a promise to remember the story of Ryan White. At age 13, Ryan recieved HIV/AIDS from a bad blood transfusion. He passed away the summer before he was due to attend the university. A movement was born!
